Question for the guys. Dating a porn star? (wife, marrying, women)

So, if you knew one and were friends and it led to something more, would you do it?
In the grand scheme of things and looking at the situation objectively and logically. It would be hard to really make an argument against dating one if everything else clicked in terms of a relationship.
For example. Women that are not porn stars, that are attractive and have a high sex drive are inherently always looking for a better deal, so it is only a matter of time before one cheats on you - which would involve lying, deception and manipulation until you find out. A porn star would never cheat since technically going to work and performing would not be cheating.
A regular woman would require all of the usual time, effort and money involved in taking care of her all while validating her ego and giving her attention as well (craved by women like an addict wants cocaine). With a porn star, she would have her own money from filming, her website and occasional stipping tours, and she would never need the constant attention a normal woman would to feed her ego since she is more than likely confident enough in her self and own beauty.
As far as the sexual side of things, it would be a given that she is down for anything she already has done at work, and would be more so within the parameters of her own relationship.
If you were with one, it would be safe to assume that she actually valued her relationship with you since she could have almost any other guy that she wanted and that alone would be a plus.
The average girl next door, if you had access to video footage of every sexual encounter she ever engaged in, at the end of the day would probably not seem much different than a porn star - with the only difference being one of them has had her experiences filmed and was paid for them and the other one has not, while telling you she has only been with five guys before.
So, if you knew one and were friends and it led to something more, would you do it?
It depends upon her personality, among other things - not just because I want another porn-star notch on my belt.

You might be confusing physical attractiveness with inherent relationship dissatisfaction in the first case; as for the second example, I don't quite follow your logic. If I'm a Porsche salesman and pull up to work in my beat-up old Buick, then proceed to take a long spin in a 911, I'm still getting inside another vehicle besides what is rightfully "mine".
Whether the Buick would get all huffy and jealous I don't know, but I'm just sayin' ...

Not all women crave attention and validation, especially not enough to justify a comparison to a coke-head.
I've known porn actresses and strippers by the score, and here's a surprise: they're human, just like us. MANY strippers, especially, (since I'm not currently hanging out with porn stars) can be on stage 24/7 and STILL not have a shred of confidence.
I deal with it every night.

If I were a professional deodorant tester (one of those folks whose enviable job it is to sniff armpits all day), it doesn't necessarily follow that I would be "down" with doing that at home. I think you missed the guys that she might really want but can't have - the guys that would have nothing to do with a porn star. And, WHY is she with me? For my money (no, not every porn star is wealthy)? For my dashing good looks? For my inimitable sense of style?
Or because she WANTS to be with me for ME? An important distinction, I think.

A few more differences you might have overlooked - the porn star might be doing coke and meth to keep up with the grueling demands of her work; she's probably dealt with far more lechers than the GND; she has to have sex with guys she doesn't really like; she's going to have trouble if she ever wants to get a job in the "normal" world...

Are you serious? What a laugh. There are hundreds of millions of women out there who are pretty and have high sex drives who are happily monogamous. So in your world any horny woman with looks are "always looking for a better deal" and will always cheat on their man?

But therein lies the difference.
All females are sexual, porn-stars and GND's included. The difference is GND's keep it in the bedroom because they have values and respect their own privacy and body, which is the reason why guys tend to go after the GND over the porn-star, all things equal. Would you expect a woman who doesn't respect her own privacy to respect yours and that of your relationship?
