I know I've mentioned on here a few times that Mrs. Chow's brother had been battling some long term medical issues.
He lost that battle a few days ago.
The family gathered around while they removed life support.
He went peacefully and quickly.
It was an experience we will never forget.
OH Chow, so sorry to read this, you and Sea have my deepest sympathies. Tell Sea, I am thinking of her, I so know how difficult the loss of a sibling can be. My heart breaks for her, you and the family.

I hear ya, if my knees didn't hurt so much, I would being doing about a thousand leg lifts so I could lift my butt up a notch or two. I know they have undies for that, but I'm just not liking my glutes of late.
