A) nope!!! .... It's not a given except on higher end apartments.... And of course offices/shops etc , anywhere in particular? But in general we don't usually get the hot weather so not much need for it year round.
B) no none at all but it's usually flies that drives you mad or petrified if a wasp comes in .... Not pidgeons lol . Incidentally in America you have a front door then like another front door but made of mesh.... A kind of screen..... What's that for? ( I've always wondered )
C) any pub in London will do that for you ..... But usually in shops no as its not a restaurant as such...

Yeah we know have it on some tube trains ( at last ) and buses but apart from the above .... Not many
