I'm just thinking of the people that work there and walking past wondering why they can't see you...... and all of sudden a hand appears and bangs on the window!
Used to be a few drive in's around here back when I was a kid. I have fond memories of those big ol' chunky speaker thingy's that you put in the window, later they updated them to work with your car stereo, I remember you'd attach something to the antenna of the stereo and tune into to some unused radio frequency.
I have this distinct memory of the big speaker in the window playing some music before the show started, I can recall that Steve Miller song "keep on rocking me baby" every time I hear that song till this very day I think of being a kid at the drive in. LOL
Funny how certain memories will always stick out in your head and all it takes is a certain sound or a smell and you're transported back in time.
When I make a beef roast with taters, carrots, onions, mushrooms and celery arranged around it, it smells like Mom's house. MMMM. It's this troll's favorite meal.

Good stuff.
We're gonna do up some steaks for dinner tonight, some good new York strip steaks. Not bad, they were on sale for half off, so the Chowderhead had to jump up on them. Fo shizzle, my nizzle.
Got some asparagus I might do with, just for color and all.
