Making what we call "appetizer night". Asian chicken patties and white bean dip. The Asian patties have bell pepper,cilantro,water chestnut and jalapeño ground up and mixed with ground chicken, with a squeeze of citrus. The dip is cooked up with lemon,sage,garlic and olive oil. Spread on some baguette or whatever works for you.
Haven't done it yet but will be picking up a laptop for my middle sons birthday today, hes 18. I have to leave town again in the morning so its nothing but fun today.
House is quiet since school started, so today I am happily enjoying the peace & quite! (that is until 3pm)
