I'll have to take a pic of them when they are done. They have pin tucks, tiny piping, Peter Pan collars...they are precious! They are very 1940'2 little girl style.

You should start sewing again. I only do window treatments, light mending and doll clothes. I am afraid of anything else!!

Today started off hard but amazingly got better.

I went to a funeral for a friend this morning and while these would usually be terrible times, she was such an amazing person that even in death she continues to inspire us. The service was beautiful, it started pouring down rain during the interment and then we went to gather with other friends and family afterwards. Beautiful day, really. Days like these help put the important things in life back in perspective.

ahhhh, my...I'm so sorry to hear of your loss...and sending hugs and condolances to you and yours...

Usually, those gatherings give me a migrain...it is good to hear she was so beloved to all...and you found something positive in it all...some people never get to know such beautiful souls like that.

Hugs
Creme

ummmmm

I put a tac on my bosses chair

I kicked pigons on my early morning walk

spilled coffee all over the problem child in our group, she was a tad upset

then I typed up my bosses letter of resignation, and sent it to his boss....although, I'm not certain if he's resigning, cuz I can't seem to remember him saying anything but..."If I had my way, I'd type up my resignation and send it to that...son of a you know what". So, I did it for him Ya think he'll give me an award for doing so?

ummm, lets see...

Super-glued my managers coffee cup to his desktop, when it’s full of coffee.

I Unpluged the key board or the mouse on my other co-workers computer

and....
I replaced the calendar on the wall with one that’s 1-year old, but same month.

My boss loves me...

ya think?

Sad! That reminds me of when my dog passed away....it was raining so hard beforehand and all of a sudden the sun came out shining so bright! I took that as she was letting me know she was at rest and fine now! I cried like crazy! Yikes, then smiled!

Would be nice to curl up in bed, but I'd imagine this is not an item that can land on your agenda?

I try to get back in bed on days like these but it is hard. My 8 year old came up from the basement about 30 minutes ago and said "Mom I just saw the coolest thing! The water is so high in the window well (English basement) I saw a frog swimming in it!! Cool huh??"

Uh, yeah, not so cool to me! We have been outside above the window sucking the darn water out with a shopvac. The drain was clogged with mulch Oooops!

Isn't it all a matter of perception...?! Sorry.
