I went down to put in a few hours at the animal shelter. I took a couple of dogs out for walks and taught one of them how to sit. When I got home, I found a couple of stray kittens on my front porch. Fortunately, I have some kitten food, so I fed them. I'm hoping they stick around for a while.
I am so impressed you do not come home with all of the animals at the shelter. Whenever I go to "visit" I have a new family member
I went to our Mt. Lemmon today. Haven't been there for a long time. It's such a stunning drive! In about an hour you go from the heat and elevation of 2,400 to the coolness of 8,000 feet elevation. You start with the saguaros at the bottom
Sierra, I can see why you had a good time! It is beautiful up there!!
It is! Looks like more pull-outs have been built, so as soon as somebody starts breathing down your neck you can let them go and keep enjoying the scenery. That's really helpful as it is a very winding road and it's not fun having somebody on your tail at all times.

That takes serious self control
Only because I would have no place to put them!
