I don't do the resolution thingy but I do have a motto....
Make one person laugh each day. Sometimes I can be with someone and say, "Watch this!" Then I make them laugh. I enjoy that. People need more laughter in their lives.
I'm not into making New Year's resolutions either - I think its just something to say or talk about.... but not something that anyone really takes seriously enough to actually follow through....
Although not a New Years resolution -- I have come up with two things that I've been trying and will continue to try in effort to make my relationship better.
1.Try not to be so snappy with my DH
2. When something bothers me - say it - get it out and over with... Hence the snapping should stop :-)

Thats good as long as it dosent begin with "Hey ya'll" watch this. That never end well.
The only real "resolutions" for me that make sense in a new year is business ones. Obviously going into a new tax year, a new business year for me since they coincide, I have certain goals for the business in 2009 and revenue goals, etc. But that's really about it.
