I'm confused as to what you are suggesting. I thought you said to avoid alpha type people, like basically most of my friends. We go out, they constantly meet women, I fail to..
I feel happier hanging out with my beta friends, because we're all in the same boat.
When I lived in NY and was in law school, i had a really good friend in law school, total alpha male. We'd go out constantly. Each and every time, if there was a woman, she was always into him. So he'd get tons and tons of women, and I never got any.
I said to choose your friends wisely and cut the people from whom you feel all of this pressure...I dont care if they are alpha, beta, zeta or feta types...my advice was to cut their asses out of your life...which just leaves you to focus on your objective: which according to you seems to be to get some sex or at least a relationship....well, that can be done or attempted without the help of the rest of the gang.....
Now here's where it gets tricky, if you cant even muster up the courage to go out alone, you can always kill yourself. Dont discount that.
