Hardly . Most of Christianity would not regard you as a member of the Body of Christ (the RCC and the EO ) . The EO conceives of God and salvation vastly different from the RCC and the Protestants that came out of the RCC .

How so?
Humans and dogs are genetically similar. Does that mean we came from dogs too? Doesn't prove that we came from a primate. The only way you can prove it conclusively is to observe the transitions in real time.
