Your "heaven" won't come from anything Joel Osteen, or anybody else tells you to chant...nor anything you read on Facebook.
If you truly are wanting to get out of this world, get with a mental health counselor immediately. There is no shame in doing so, nor should you call anybody who tries to shame you for doing so, a friend. We all need to sort tough things out for ourselves and it's not easy to do by ourselves all the time.
