Yes. Even an intellectual giant like Mystic could not resist posting an approval - icon to a perfectly dumbass post by a noted forum asshat just because it was a shameless put down of an opponent of his, despite that opponent being a well respected, highly eloquent and poetic and well informed poster, logically impeccable, charming, polite and devastatingly attractive to women, but whose name escapes me ...though i recall that he was crap at typing.
Note to self, do not read Transponder while drinking coffee.

Now you then ask 'so which is the right one?' Ozzy then had two moves He can either use the 'all paths lead to God" ploy or the 'Bible is more valid than any other Holy Book' gambit.
It's your move, Ozz
Right The 'all paths lead to God' move. Nice and slow (you keep the 'Bible is best' play for later.).
Your move Harry.
As Ozzy has presented no evidence for his claim, logically and mathematically he is most probably wrong. Works with every god until good evidence is provided.
(whispers over shoulder)...Harry...those moves do not counter his. He is (ostensibly) not talking about any of the personal religion gods but of the Creator of the universe. Just that.
Your move.
Ozzy mentioned people who would use their religion to make legislation, saying it would not effect him. I was arguing against that point.
Now, I'm not even sure what some of you atheists are arguing. Trans, if I'm not mistaken you have been open to the idea of a nonreligious creator, haven't you?
What I think is amusing is how an atheist will say, "If there was a God he wasn't a very good one. I could have done it a lot better". Well, have you stopped to think about the fact that you can even IMAGINE something better than what exists now? Do you honestly think that a created being could imagine something better than the creator could? Think about it. If the alleged God was really that stupid, your imagination or personal/ideal vision would not be that good.
So your god is behaving as if it does not exist. Thank you for adding MORE evidence for atheism.

As a person who does not want to follow religion but will not go as far as claiming a god does not exist, I have considered this point. In fact, my response to this point is the reasoning I use to consider that religion is a human creation. That is why it is less than perfect; a god did not create it.

Yes, but I had noted that the argument (however it started) had split into two different arguments, cosmic origins and the Bible, though the word 'Creator' makes them seem like the same argument. it can wrongfoot you.

lmao, yeah, wrong footing. thats too funny. wrong footing stopping people from doing wrong and describing how the universe works.
what would you call intentionally changing, shunning, and dehumanizing any science that doesn't fit into you notions of covering up whatever you can to sell atheism? (hint: list what fundy think type theist do)
Atheism will only make sense when you are discussing it in your little atheist groups. No one else outside the group is going to buy it. None of the great minds of past or present have ever bought it, including Einstein, Darwin, or especially, Newton who Trans seems to think was an idiot (or something like that) since he was a theist. Isaac Newton was NOT an idiot by any means.
