I have to concur. I had the same problem on my new i-Mac until I realized that I could press a control key and "+" to enlarge the onscreen print. It was such a DUH for me!!!

i remember you fighting for your case. i was in the office the same time you were...
one thing i have to say that you should have copies of everything... I hope you do!
I have seen pit bull mixes at Flamingo many times, and they should be considered just as dangerous as huskies (which they are not)! In fact i know quit a few husky owners there. Some of those little spoiled pooches seem more vicious than big dogs. I hope you can Defend your Pets rights!
Flamingo is becoming ridiculous with their rules anyways...good luck

Assuming a dog will bite because of its breed is the same as racial profiling and it should be illegal.

I hope the OP found a nicer place to live and I hope the LL gets the tenants from hell in his place.

Remember, if the apartment management is trying to evict, they MUST PROVE YOU BROKE THE LEASE/DID NOT PAY AS AGREED.
They must provide a copy of the current lease agreement. This is where your old leases matter...to show that you (a) did pay a pet deposit. (b) you had a pet addendum at some point fir THESE ANIMALS ( showing they were ACCEPTED to live with you there, at some point) and(c), the spartment needs to SHOW CAUSE for evicting you/your pets...like letting dogs run at large, biting a tenant.

Refusing to renew your lease IS NOT EVICTION. But it could be unlawful housing discrimination. Get a lawyer

Unlawful housing discrimination is all about protected classes. "Pet Owner" is not a protected class.
