If people got in the habit of immediately doing an online search and input their question in the search field, they'd have a much easier time of finding answers that seem elusive. The moment I have a question about anything, I do a search online -- it's not even something I need to consciously think about anymore.

Thanks. So I did that, and found that the instructions are always a LITTLE bit different from your actual phone situation for some reason. Also true in this case, even tho I did find something specific to this model. Go figure, eh? Still not sure if I've got it fixed. Have to wait for someone to text me, I guess
