And Sacramento is wetter than cities south of us, not only SoCal cities but cities in the San Joaquin Valley.
The Sacramento Valley is actually in a different climate zone than the San Joaquin Valley and it mostly due to the fact the we are much wetter.

As a guy in the bay area, begging for an excuse to either relocate out of state, or not, because I can't justify the COL here and hate the taxes, sell me Sacramento. Sell it to me Sacramentans!
