The uptime is horrid, they take down the entire network almost every night for at least 2 hours.

I'm still waiting for the modem. Requested one in April, received it, but it didn't support a landline. Called back and was told I'd need to use 2 modems to use my landline. I've since returned the one sent and requested the new one 5 times; 4 times the order has been cancelled with no explanation. At the time, I couldn't go pick one up. I was also charged two different months for this reclusive modem.

At this point, my desire for a new modem is fighting with my desire to speak with a customer service rep who is not incompetent. Not sure yet which desire will win. (Or even if I'll stay with TWC.)

When you get the new router and set it up, you'll start having problems.

I already had (2) of the newer routers for the MAXX SPEED, and finally the third one that's completely different is working but my speeds have lowered.

The CAT department is now working on this issue, they've been to my home (7) times and they're still scratching they're heads.

Either hard wired or wireless and using either settings, 2.4 or 5-G, the speeds have dropped and this is with turbo !!!

More to come when they get it running like before.

Well to my surprise my upgrade did happen on the 18th like they stated. Since 2am this morning these are my new speeds. Around where they should be I supposed. Lets see how stable it is.

I'm still chugging along at 34 mbps in 78260. They say we are supposed to get the upgraded speeds on 7/8. I guess I can't complain though as I'm basically getting free internet for a year after calling in about the astronomical amount of money I've been paying them over the years with less than stellar service.

I did go into TWC this morning and they FINALLY got new HD-DVR boxes. About time they finally got rid of those Scientific Atlanta 8240's they've been using since 2007!
