That would explain why sometimes I have to return the DVR the next day !

Probably wasn't "refurbed" completely...

Thanks for the info !

I was told by the end of April two weeks ago. Now it's not until July. Wonderful.

I usually let them know that I'm not satisfied at all & have better offers.
I tell them to come up with something that will persuade me to stay with
them. They usually come up with something that makes it worthwhile.
It's like dealing with car sales people sometimes. Good Luck !

I was told by the end of April as well. Talked to another rep and said by the end of this week. I'm sure by the end of this week I won't have it and when I speak with them again it will be much later as well.

I got the new TW modem and hooked it up. I can't tell any difference in speed, and it seems to "freeze" more than the old one.

Lol Oh those tech support. Don't know jack. My modem must be wrong too. I've had 16/4 bonding channels since the beginning of March with no upgrade here.

Just received a voicemail from TWC today.
I can plug in the new modem which I received last week.

TWC has provided a phone number to call who will then
activate the modem at no charge.
