Noticed that the Bill Millers by Bitters and 281 is going to move next door to a new building.

I wondered what was under construction next door. The current restaurant there always has been kind of small.

For the longest time I wondered what it was, but was told they will be moving in a few months.

The Blanco location has a sign on the door that the rent was unpaid. Technically, it wasn't their choice to close, although not paying the rent is a choice.
