what you are seeing with the wood frame is a Popeyes.. La Madeleine is going by it. I knew about the popeyes but didnt post it here

I had an appointment in Hondo today with some co-workers. We stopped at Herman and Sons on the way back to SA. I've never been and it was a great little place. It was for sure the place to be if you live in Hondo. It's worth the stop if you're driving through and are hungry.
