It's been a couple of years since I went to one - I think it's time to go again!

The people I went with last year aren't going this time, so hopefully my wife will go.

Does that wrap all the way around his arm or is it only on the forearm? I would think the wrist and inner part of the elbow would hurt like a mofo. I would love to have a full sleeve, but it would probably ruin my current employment and that isn't something I'm willing to risk. Too bad so many people are ignorant when it comes to tattoos..

and some of these up and coming artists need to get published. I buy almost all of the magazines every month and haven't seen anyone from SA yet. I know the guy that does mine could easily get in, but he's too lazy to buy a stamp and send it in (his words).
Yeah, it wraps all the way around.. the pictures didn't really do a good job of capturing it. I took a bunch but they came out fuzzy. Operator error, probably.

I agree about publishing these guys. There was an article about Tiki in the Edge a few years ago: http://theedgemagazine.com/yahoo_site_admin/assets/docs/Nov08_1-24_web.31593904.pdf#page=7 (broken link)

Tiki will be at Slinging Ink too. I think we'll have to go this year.. I like Flyleaf.

I've had the same problem with mine, but I think it's a lack of talent on the photographers part

those artists are pretty interesting looking and I bet they could scare the crap out of a person in a dark alley. I like the style, though, and that is something I would like to add to mine, but I have to figure out how to incorporate it and where to put it. My left arm is getting pretty lonely with only one there still. It's pretty big, but the five on the other arm make it look small.

So did the inside of the wrist and forearm hurt?

Definitely. Inside of elbow and underside of wrist were most painful (for him) on forearm.

I really want to get my dragons done soon, on the insides of my forearms. The tails will start at about the elbow and move forward - think old school David Carradine Kung Fu style dragons...

I want my lower arms done, but where I work is just not the place for it. Maybe one day I'll win the lottery and then I can get anything I want anywhere I want it.

This place seems pretty accepting. As long as you dress decent and act your age! There's a guy here with both of his forearms visible most of the time, and they're covered. Lots of piercings, tattoos, etc.
