Thanks for the information on the apartments. Excellent photos, by the way!

Grande Courts, near Breckenridge Park, was a "Tourist Court" in the late '30's. Family members
lived there during WW2. Not surprising the area fell to the level you indicated by the '60's, less
surprising that development of a office high-rise took it's place

The dive I mentioned (Rabbit Habit) changed the name to the Spunky Monkey in it's later years.

Grande Courts was very large.
