It's a horrible place to live. So Cal is bad enough, but why would you pick the slummiest part ? It's ghetto, trashy, dirty, HOT, has horrible air quality. I've lived here almost my whole life. There is nothing to do. No outdoor activities. Everything is brown, no trees. It's hell. If anyone is considering moving to the IE, save yourself a lot of unhappiness, and don't do it. If you MUST (God help you) pick Murrieta. It's the nicest of the IE. Although thats not saying much.

Wow. You need a pretty big brush to paint the entire Inland Empire with such big strokes. There are some nice areas in the IE, and I would not put Murrieta at the top of that list.

Hey...that's a pretty broad statement Brittany. There are some really nice areas in the IE. I agree with you that it's HOT and brown in the summer...I'm not real crazy about that part myself...and would I live at the beach if I could...you bettcha! I have a feeling that's where you'd rather be...am I right?

You have problems...

Not all of the IE is bad. Take Chino Hills for example. A lot of my family lives there and it is actually a very nice area.

I hope you enjoy not seeing the sun for weeks at a time.. I tried to live there once. Terribly depressing.

Sure there are nice NEIGHBORHOODS. Chino has some nice ones, with pretty houses. But, when you leave the neighborhood, yuck.
