New building foundation being laid on E. Liberty next to X Dos. Also, construction is in full swing for the new hotel on Main. Also noticed a construction dumpster outside the old Naomi Warner. Something must be going in there.

A new parking deck is also going up, it is exclusively for the new Hyatt Place guest. Not sure where exactly, but somewhere near by the new hotel.

With all these new hotels (future courtyard included) going up on broad, a smart investor would put a few more popular chain restaurants along that stretch of broad.
Olive garden, longhorn, fatz, Ocharleys could all fit nicely with Applebee's, chili's, ihop and Outback
