It isn't going to get that warm; nevertheless, I'm tired of even the 80s and wish it wouldn't rise above the 50s. Still though, I think I prefer this to already being buried in snow. I think I do, but I really don't know how I'd fare in snowy weather days on end. I guess I'd manage like I do in the relentless heat with the thought, "This too shall pass."

How soon are you trying to get to North Carolina?

Btw Lubbock froze last night, barely. Its first freeze is usually around Halloween. (Speaking of which, I go to a certain football game there the next day...can't wait. I'll be wearing red and black, if you want to look for me on TV .)
I'm with you, I love Fall in Texas.

We will probably end up in Eastern Tenn because it's so much cheaper, and that's fine with me, it's right next to NC and it's beautiful too. As far when, well it can't bee soon enough, but probably at least two years

I can't wait for the temps not not get out of the 50's too often. The 70's are ok, but I do like colder weather for a change. I love snow too, but I'm not sure how well I'd like it if it were for days and days on end. Anyway, it won't be too long before it rarely gets above 70 here.

2 years seems like an eternity, even though it will go fast. I am counting down the days I graduate and move to Dallas.

Thank you so much, Carolina, and I wish you the same as well. I'm am always happy when I visit and I know I will just fall in love when I move there and not even think to move back to Oklahoma.
