I feel badly for the children and Michelle's family. I wonder how much of his past criminal activity the court will allow?

Oddly, I talked with someone today who may have a family member that might have attended law school with him.

Apparently, there were complaints of abuse when MacNeill practiced in the student health center.

Default 911 calls with MacNeill hanging up on 911 operator.

I don't read Radar online often. That being written, Radar posted the 911 call MacNeill made. After he hung up on the 911 operator, she called him back. Here are the calls: Dr. Martin MacNeill Murder Trial: Listen To The 9-1-1 Call He Made Saying Wife Was Unconscious In Bathtub | Radar Online

I need to clarify something I posted earlier as I made an error. I posted that MacNeill was in prison for pedopbilia. That was not correct.

Very honestly knowing information I know and learning about additional crimes MacNeill has both been convicted of and those that are "alleged" I didn't realize the decision to successfully prosecute him for Fraud came first.

The second trial is the murder trial.

There is a third trial which will be later for Forcible Sexual Abuse with an Adult female relative and witness tampering.

I apologize for my error of being confused about the order of the trials. Additionally, until I can post an article about pedophilia, I won't state that word further. It may be that victims or their families opted not to go forward to a trial. I can only say there are "rumors" of Pedophilia as well.

I agree. I'll say this again, MacNeill used and uses his JD when it benefits him despite being disbarred. Sociopaths always manipulate circumstances to their benefit.

Default Wbo cares, they all describe white..these were first responders

This post irritates me but the link is live tweeting. It would probably be the newspaper in the MacNeil home so it is a good source of local information.

What bugs me about the big deal being made about three different responders remembering what type of clothing Michele was wearing. All three remember she was wearing clothes and her top was white? Who wears clothes in the bathtub?
These professionals were focused on saving Michele's life while haveing to listen to MacNeill's rant mixed with him giving orders since he was a physician.

Besides, if full CPR had already been attempted it use to be standard to cut clothing so chest compression was the most effective.

If it were my family member I would want 100% of their attention focused on their work.

Maybe it's "cleaner" in their twisted minds.....or they literally can "wash their hands" at the death scene.

I also think these sickos read and learn from what others attempted.

Default USDC employee testifies MacNeil was "difficult". ER docs testimony.

This is hitting pretty close to home for me. Some interesting testimony from the E.R. doc about MacNeil offering him 10K cash to continue CPR.

CPR on body in bathtub would not be effective, doctor testifies in Martin MacNeill trial | Deseret News

FWIW, this ER would be where Mac Neill would send patients he couldn't manage. Glad to see not all were big fans of MacNeill.
