Yeah, definitely. I hope they learned their lesson and do a normal season next time, and don't screw it up again, I won't forgive that twice. That show was instantly popular, it was incredibly stupid of them to mess with it like that.
When the show first started the creators were saying Rosie's case would be solved at the end of season 1, and season 2 would be a new crime. Later, they said Rosie's case would finish early in season 2, then we would get a new crime, but instead they have just dragged it out. They are currently saying Rosie's case will be solved at the end of season 2 and any new season will be a new crime, but there is no reason to believe them at this point. For me it isn't about who killed her, I enjoy watching the process, but the timeline is not working in this multiple season format.
Yes, I have to say I never cared much about Rosie since we really never "met" her. I liked the relationship between the detectives and the promise of gritty realism, but the constant barrage of red herrings & absurd plot twists make this show the furthest thing from realistic. It really feels like the writers are just cranking out scripts in their sleep without any structure or plan as to how all these loose ends are going to be tied up. Maybe they'll surprise me, I can hang in for 3 more episodes but I honestly think they'd be doing the actors (who are mostly talented, and deserve much better) a favor if they stop at the end of this season. That is, unless they fire all of the writers and start anew. Good show in theory, crummy in execution.
I was confused about the ending so I watched the "inside" the episode, they are saying since the keycard was for Richmond's office and we know it couldn't have been him, it could only be Gwen or Jaime.
I'm wondering if the mayor was talking to the chief on the phone when he said, "I thought you said it couldn't be traced to us? I'll take care of it" after the Chief got on the phone to tell someone, "they have your key card". That might be too obvious but it's a possibility. If he was talking to the chief he would have had the time to make changes to the key card system. No? It couldn't be Gwen because she was with Richmond that night. I would be shocked if it was Jamie. I think it's a conspiracy involving the mayor's office, the tribe and the mob. I think Richmond is being used as a scapegoat. I can't wait to see what happens.

Gwen could still have done it during the time Richmond was jumping off the bridge, he was gone enough time that she couldn't fully alibi him, he was only cleared by the boater/fisherman who found him, so he can't fully alibi her either.
I'm not liking that b**ch reservation chief or that crooked police chief. Man what she did to that woman's hand! So fast, didn't give a second thought before during or after. And how can that police chief sell out his people for a promotion? How can he trust someone as scuzzy as the mayor and he doesn't even know if he's going to win and be able to deliver?
And Mitch is back....wonder how that's going to go.
Meanwhile Linden is about ready to slide back down her psych hole.
I thought it might be Gwen but, after watching last night's episode, I ruled her out. If she wanted to keep Holden and Linden from finding out, she wouldn't have blackmailed her father into getting the federal warrant to search the casino. She'd have known they might find her key card.
Since Adams' door didn't open with the key card, the only two possible suspects would be Richmond and Jamie. Richmond's alibi is solid, it appears. The fisherman found him so it can't be a phony alibi.
The only person left is Jamie. There's something sneaky about that guy. The more I watch his character, the more I think he'd be capable of killing someone. Unless I've forgotten something from the first season that ruled him out, I think Jamie did it.
Maybe I'm being too practical for this series, but isn't Gwen too slight a frame to be able to hunt a full-grown late teenager through woods, find her, wrangle her into being bound and lift her into the trunk of a car? Maybe I'm forgetting or missing something.
Not saying a woman couldn't commit the crime, but she had to have done all that without a scratch on her, and she doesn't seem to me like the kind of person who works out in the manner needed for the strength to commit the crime.
If this isn't another red herring then I think it's Jamie. I've thought it was him ever since his obvious and sustained guilt when Richmond got shot.
