Exactly. I was thinking the finale was going to be the series finale. They need to wrap it up before everyone jumps ship gracefully like Emily!
I think this shows finale will be in May or sometime near there, however there will be many, many breaks and gaps in between. And yes, you are absolutely right, they need to wrap up alot of loose ends, since they seem to have complicated the scenario more with new characters (Patrick, Margo, Sarah, and all of the other newly added or returned characters like Lydia).
Maybe everyone will be on some ship and the ship will sink and nobody gets revenge on anyone, and so much for the Hamptons storyline! But I do want to see this show continue after this season ends, just with much needed improvement in storylines and character roles.

Somehow, I can't help but consider that Emily is "faking" her amnesia, I think she knows exactly what happened and who she is. It is yet another part of her act to stay on "insides" of the Grayson family if they think she doesn't remember.This is probably one of the only ways that she can still be successful in regrouping her plot on the Graysons, but allowing them to think she doesn't remember anything.
I'm also not even sure why Daniel is still walking a free man right into her hospital room after shooting Emily. Was he never a suspect or maybe out on bail? Then again, there seems to be no hospital security for Emily either, no Nolan, no Aiden, no Jack, no one?? Strange.
If Aiden or Jack brought her to the hospital will one of them be charged with her
attempted Murder???
Is it possible that she had on a bullet proof vest for the staged shooting and
that she went overboard as the plan ??

You have an interesting theory, I was also wondering about her wearing a bullet proof vest. I figured she would be smart enough to wear one considering she knew there would be the staging of some short of shooting on the honeymoon boat trip, but she seems to always prepare for something to go awry, which is exactly what happened. I'm thinking the blood was fake also.
I think Aiden could get charged with attempted murder before Jack would. Jack would be too quick to reveal Emily's real identity if it were home. Jack is about as loyal as a newborn puppy in training. He doesn't know the ropes to loyalty yet.
What was her original plan..that the loaded gun and her blood would be found on the ship deck ??
