I think it will be Goeffrey's wedding. They will start S4 with the happenings at the Frey & Tully wedding. Those events might be too much of a bummer to end S3 with!
The leeches follow the book. But the blood was from Edric Storm, another one of Robert's bastards that was captured using one of Melisandre's shadow spawn.
They can't do a whole lot to Gendry, he becomes important later. Not POV important but important none the less.

Is that in a future book (6+)? I don't remember much of Gendry from the books after Arya splits.......
I like the movie version where Sansa kneels down instead. It kinda re-emphasizes how resigned and defeated she feels.
just read the books so i don't know what is on the TV show, but Sansa gave the appearance of compliance but her mind was just clicking along. Courtesy is armor.
I liked Sansa's small gesture of compliance in the show better than her defiant and very insensitive refusal to kneel in the book--it rubbed me the wrong way. So, another improvement over the book! I think the main difference is that we've got a 3-dimensional Tyrion here, someone we genuinely like and sympathize with. He's in enough pain as it is--extending the humiliation (like in the book) would really be cruel.
I'll go against the flow and guess that the Frey-Tully wedding comes first...
(Allowing myself a little distraction from the horrors on TV coming out of Oklahoma City...been watching it for hours...those poor children...right now it feels definitely shallow to talk about the woes of Tyrion and Sansa...but it's also good to turn away from the TV and just appreciate one's normal life... Hope you're all well away from the tornado devastation, and safe...)
