I love that Aaron Stanford is now on FTWD as Jimbo "the beer guy." He was the star of 12 Monkeys, which just ended after 4 years on SyFy channel. He just has this endearing manner about him when he plays James Cole, and I already saw it in his portrayal of "Jimbo."
I did get annoyed, however, by Talking Dead, when they said "you might recognize Aaron Stanford from...(some appearance in some show where he appeared in one episode)." Really? They couldn't even mention that he was the actual STAR of a series, for 4 years, just because it was on another network? They've talked about the past work of other TWD and FTWD actors when they were on shows on other channels. I also think there is probably a lot of overlap of 12 Monkeys fans and Walking Dead fans.
So AMC is going back to the old trick of only a few actors in each episode to save money. Don't mind these episodes so much, but the first half of this season was much better paced & composed than these "character pieces" we are getting now.
...and did we really need to see Morgan dropping a deuce?
Morgan be eating good.. LOL
This show is getting so sloppy. I hate that they brought Morgan to this show and that they fast forward the timeline. What would be the point of bringing this folks to TWD?? TWD has a lot of characters.
This show should be 3 seasons with a set of characters then start a new in a new city or country with a new set of characters.

yeah, seriously, it's really not holding my attention any longer, moving very slow.
I just don't like the idea of characters being so separated. Just like TWD, we've got characters who start a season together and then are separated for most of the season just to link back up during a finale and start the separation game all over again.
I've been watching TWD since season 2 and FTWD since it first aired, and honestly I am starting to get tired of both. TWD has been stuck in Virginia now for several seasons; they never seem to stray very far from Alexandria. The one thing keeping my interest piqued is the helicopter we saw last season--is there still a real civilization that exists somewhere beyond the dingy tribalism of this world? Remnants of the former USA?
FTWD was very interesting the first couple seasons. I liked it because it was a completely new location, and you were able to see the decline of civilization in real time as it first happened (something we didn't really see very much in TWD). After the Broke Jaw Ranch, I feel like the story began wandering and characters started losing focus. Their time in Texas so far has been a dud; it's slow paced, and the story line isn't making much sense anymore.
Thought it was a great episode. They left a lot to work with, could get very interesting.
That guy who wanted a beer looks like that lady crazy lady who writes on the walkers faces.
Can the Talking Dead have any more guests besides Strand?
