just got off the phone with a rep from Nj Unemployment. Actually the best rep I've ever spoken too, lol. My claim is already on EB and I should be getting the notice within the next two days.

Also, you can have a break in your EB claim. If you go back to work for a few weeks or take a temp job, as long as you don't qualify for a new claim, you will get put back on EB.

thanks for posting that..i'm claiming for my last check on tier 4 tommorrow and it's good to know that i don't have to call and will just move on to eb without problems..did she tell you if you're getting the job searches strip along with that notice? the job strip has to be mailed next friday for both of us right?

she said all the important stuff is sent out that you send in the worksearches the friday before I claim.
