My tier 2 ran out on September 29th. I went to Web cert to file for my two week weekly claim and there is "no ready to file date" for my last two weeks. I called tele cert and was not able to file over the phone. The Telecert Message listed nine unknown programs that couldn't file over the phone and told me to mail in the claim form. I live in Illinois and I don't have to attend any REA Appointments. I have not receive any paperwork or weekly claim form in the mail the last two weeks. Has this happen to anyone?
CA needs to do a monetary determination whenever you transition from one tier to the next. Usually, there is no delay. You should have received ciam forms for this new tier by now. You will need to contact CA. There might a be a computer glitch.
