I see a nice healthy 6-12" accumulation swath for the Northeast. Very nice. Ski resorts much be loving it. Very powdery stuff too although not sure how that bodes well for the slopes if it doesn't pack well.

To see the storm reports in VT, Use these links..

NWS Burlington
NWS Albany

BTV use a map to report them. Here's the latest map.

And here's the overall look of the storm using all the reports out there. Link will have each report you can click on and see what, where and how much.

We got a solid 10" here in Waterbury Center, if not a bit more. Spent the day baking, decorating the tree and playing in the snow. Perfect Sunday snow day! Gorgeous blue skies right now.

We went over to MRG yesterday. It's definitely nice and holding up pretty well. It was their opening day and was pretty quiet. No lines longer than like 2 minutes. There were a few trails that were great powder runs before it opened that just got scraped off very quickly once opened to traffic, I'm guessing due to the light fluffy snow, but there is still plenty of powder to be found on other runs.

And are we looking at a few more inches again later this week??

The past few days have felt like January. -20 Saturday a.m. 10 " of snow Sunday with a high around 12 for the day. -10 as I'm typing this and looking at another -20 overnight. We had a December similar to this in 1992 when almost every night went below zero. I forget how the rest of that winter played out.

I'd say 3" is about what we got also.

I got out skiing this morning in -10 or -12 F and by the time it was 3F at 11am I was toasty! now I know what to wear when it's cold.
