Nope. I fully expect this to happen. All the hype as in "95".

This isn't vacation. I have money saved, but I'll be damned, if I take a trip.

What am I going to do? Sleep. Maybe drink. Luckily I have enough savings that I can live a few months without pay before begging (barring some sort of emergency).

Although, I've had a bad day. The good in me wants to think that I'll look up volunteer opportunities and do something worthwhile with my time. If it lasts longer than a day or so, that's pretty likely as I'll get bored.

I luckily have a back up plan now, as my dad told me I can come back to NC and work with him...

though i fully expect for Congress to extend the budget next week for 2 more weeks and then come up with a fix by that point
