I don't think climate boundaries have shifted all that much yet. But this article is interesting:

Warming Arctic Tundra Producing Pop-Up Forests - NYTimes.com

Says forests are starting to appear in tundra.

Trondheim - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This should be... something. Not Oceanic, not Subarctic and not continental. How about warm summer subpolar oceanic?

It isn't subpolar either. Borderline Oceanic/Continental would suffice.

Yeah, it isn't and I have to agree with Oceanic. But IMO Trondheim don't fit in well in any classification.

Too short (and warm) winters for Subarctic, too cold winter for Oceanic, too cold summer and warm winter for Continental.

I don't really agree with Penticton and Kelowna's classification of Dfb.
Both places should be BSk

I think so, too! Those places are too dry to be Humid Continental Climates, IMO.
