^^ Was up there at the weekend and on one day we had a well-timed cold front close to sunset, giving us a beautiful two-hour twilight (longest I've noticed down here was about 90 minutes, and that right near the solstice)
Gosh, I'm so jealous of these early sunrise times - I'd be loving it if it was full daylight at 5:30 in the morning.
When I lived up north I took this photo of a reservoir at 4am once on the date with the earliest sunrise of the year (something like 4.35am). Even in London it would only be slightly darker. You get used to long evenings because you see them every day for months but when you only see them 1-2 times a year the light mornings do feel really surreal

Yes, I recall being awake at 2am in June and there was a blue haze to the north east where the sun rises.
