Spring is arguably worse than winter for warm lovers in St. Edward's due to incessant rain along with the usual wintry blasts from the arctic. Downright nasty. A couple of 50 F/10 C days pop up in the long-range forecast, but they'll likely be associated with clouds and rain. 'Classic' spring weather typically doesn't arrive until sometime in May or June. Summer is arguably more like spring by standard definitions.

Friday, 4/4: Snow changing to rain during the morning. Snowfall accumulation 1-3 inches. Rainfall around a quarter inch.
High 34 F/1 C. Low 28 F/-2 C.

Saturday, 4/5: Rain, heavy at times. Rainfall half an inch to one inch.
High 38 F/3 C. Low 34 F/1 C.

Sunday, 4/6: Freezing drizzle early, otherwise foggy with drizzle.
High 36 F/2 C. Low 32 F/0 C.

Monday, 4/7: Heavy snow in the morning, otherwise rain mixing with snow. Snowfall accumulation 1-3 inches. Rainfall around one inch.
High 39 F/4 C. Low 33 F/1 C.

Tuesday, 4/8: Heavy rain. Rainfall 2-3 inches.
High 42 F/6 C. Low 37 F/3 C.

Wednesday, 4/9: Fog and drizzle in the morning. Becoming windy with rain changing to sleet and snow. Rainfall around a quarter inch. An icy inch or so of snow and sleet expected.
High 38 F/3 C. Low 29 F/-2 C.

Thursday, 4/10: Partly cloudy and breezy.
High 32 F/0 C. Low 25 F/-4 C.
