Large thunder clouds building to the SW and S, could be some lightning going off in a moment. Looking like death out there. Chokingly stagnant humid air now, but the temp rise is slowing down, should be getting some fireworks in the next 3-4 hours.
Edit: Long boomy rumble of thunder coming from about 3 miles SW. This looks to be moving west of here so still getting a bit warmer for the time being. Hopefully a nice refreshing thunderstorm this early-afternoon.
Since Thursday, it has been sunny and mild with highs in the 60s. The sunshine and relatively clear skies will dominate the skyscape well into the upcoming week. Lows will be close to average, but highs will be 10-15 F above average. The weather will quickly go downhill next weekend with rain, wind, and highs barely getting into the 50s. It'll feel quite raw after a late season stretch of summer and this upcoming weekend will likely be the last ideal BBQ weekend for the year.
