Las Palmas is usually voted as the city with the best climate on Earth. Casablanca has a good climate as well.

I used to think that Minsk, Belarus and Marquette, Michigan are my favorite climates, but I just realized that Saint John, New Brunswick is even better: cold, but not too severe, winters with good snowfall, cool heatless summers and good sunshine distribution (relatively cloudy summers and sunny winters).

I always surprised how people can complain about cool summers. Do they seriously take 30C above 22C?!

Although oceanic, it's not dull and cool like northern UK. Hottest summer high is 25.9 which is warm to hot but winter coldest low is 6.0 quite chilly.

I'll go with Quebec City. It has great weather.

Nice, green summers. Plenty of snow in the winter. The best of both worlds.
The shores of Lake Huron here in Southern Ontario have great weather too, but no large cities.
People don't realise how lucky we are for the weather we get here in Canada.

Worst climate is probably everywhere world-wide collectively that has seasonal tourism. Go there in the off-season and you'll see why.

I'm in a bit of a bind when discussing ideal climates in that I don't like snow, don't like warm, but love rain. For me; the perfect climate is Bergen, Norway. It rarely gets cold enough to snow, rains a ton, and never really goes over 65 degrees Fahrenheit. Tons of people call me crazy but there I like nothing more than a cool, rainy day. Alas; Bergen has far from a million inhabitants. Of the alpha-city types, I think I like Tokyo because it rains a good amount and doesn't get too hot. If I can go a bit smaller Vancouver is also a city with a nice climate for me, pretty rainy and never hot.

It's good to know that there's at least one person in the world who enjoys this type of weather. Me, I like a fairly even combination of sun and snow. Seeing greenery makes me happy, but so do fluffy, white winter days.
