Obviously climatic factors will radically alter the chance of high/low temperature records. I was simply statimg the theoretical (i.e long term average that will be realized over a long owriod of time) To refute Tommy's accusation.
Noticeable cooler evening with a temperature of 73F. Dew point is 68F. This is the first recorded dew point below 70 since June 5. Drier conditions will prevail tomorrow but the warm air and strong sun will keep tomorrow's high in the mid-90s.
