Should stay dry and sunny after Joaquin passes. My extended forecast has sunshine, lows in the 40s, highs in the mid 60s. Good fall foliage weather. Should be a nice Columbus Day weekend. I'll check the GFS for it.

Seasonable with cool and warm at times. Nothing exciting "overall" but yeah, incredible to have compared to what we had.

Normal is upper 60s now for us. Low 50s for the low. 40s for you.

Normal Max/Min

Bridgeport: 69/53
Hartford: 69/47

Albany: 66/45
Burlington: 64/45

Islip: 69/51
NYC: 70/55

Not a fan of the quick transition from June to November over the past 24 hours or so, it's just raw outside, I want to throw up.

I sure wish we'd get that kind of weather. It's cooler here, and they're promising highs in the 60's all weekend, but that's due to clouds and rain. I want 60's in full sun, and lows in the 40's under starry skies. Low dew points would be nice too.

It's October, it's time to get those temps *down*.

Would be sod's law if we had below average temperatures from May to September, only for the positive anomalies to reappear in December.

59F this morning... felt phenomenal to wake up to the house being cool with the windows left open. The forecast for our area is anticipating upper 60s for few days then slowly up to 78 next Wednesday when a cold front is scheduled to come through and bring some rain and *crossed fingers* thunderstorms.
