My biggest problem with biking in cold weather is it's really hard to cover your face from the cold winds. Your body gets too warm often but your face still feels like it's gonna fall off. The absolute worst is when you're going to and from school/work in the cold shoulder seasons when it's almost freezing in the morning, but then it's pretty much t-shirt weather in the afternoon.

Yes, in -15C it feels like getting a face transplant!
And haha yes April is totally like that. Gloves when going and t-shirt when going home...
I biked when it was, like, -14c here in January 2014. I layered up heavily, so I was alright there. But I think I wore 2 pairs of gloves and my hands were still cold. That always seems to be the weakest link. I don't have good gloves.
So I pretty recently turned 18 and I always thought I didn't have much money saved up for me. My family is pretty poor, with my dad just graduating university a couple of years ago, so I just didn't expect they'd be able to do much for me. However, not only had they saved up more than I'd expected, but also, did I learn today, had my divorced mom saved up a fortune (by our standards), and my grandparents had also saved up just as much as my dad and his wife had. All in all, I got about 10 times as much money than I had expected when I turned 18
