I realized I've really let myself go and have lost like 5% of my weight in the last couple of months. I've thus decided to really put an effort into gaining weight again. It's difficult for me though because I really have no appetite. I can feel my stomache being empty but I still really won't feel like eating. I've made some peanut butter though which I can "shot" a few tablespoons of without too much effort, and I've also started adding half a deciliter of rapeseed oil into protein shakes which I've also started drinking again.
I'm also going to try going to the gym even if I throw up from even the lightest workout imaginable. I did yesterday, and although I had to cancel after just 3 or so excercises because of nausea, at least I didn't actually throw up which is nice.
Hopefully I'll see some results. I feel like I'll be making a difference for myself and it does feel motivating. We'll just have to see how long I'll be able to keep this mindset.
