Water temps by louisiana are as much as 10 to 12 degrees below average with temps in mid 70s only... east coast same story! Water temps in northern half of Florida are BARELY over 80... meanwhile wilmington is 6 degree below average at only 76! Charleston only 77! This september has been cold on epic proportions.
