8am-12pmEST Loop. Like a bowling ball. Once that Upper Low goes off the coast than the coastal storm will ramp up for NJ and Southern New England..

Drying out over Indiana and Ohio now. PA and Maryland & Northern Virginia stealing the show.

TN and NC mountains getting some snow. Any webcams from there?

Just flurries here now.

I guess the dry air prevented the snow from reaching the ground in far northern NJ all morning. It's finally snowing now though.

Here's a good link for getting an idea of current conditions across NJ: 511nj.org :: Traffic Cameras

Thanks for the link. Yeah, lots of Virga happened and dews are in the low 20s in N NJ. You can see the push south on the northern fringe past couple hours still. Almost as if the storm wants to just focus on the areas south of us.

Why do people here with no location indicated say things like “in my area?”

How is anyone suppose to know what area you are talking about?

As of 1 PM, we just got smacked with a heavy band. Power is out, and I'm up to 8.3"!!! Still snowing, only an inch to make it the biggest storm of the year. Officially crossed the 70" mark on the year, most snow since 2013

Some other Pittsburgh area reports:
Seven Springs 12.1"
Laurel Summit 13.2"
Ligonier 11.2"
Imperial 9.0"
Charleroi 8.0"
Mercer 6.8"
Downtown Pittsburgh 6.5"
Butler 5.6"

So NorEaster #4 I assume is your favorite? So far #2 is mine. Lets see if #4 makes a comeback

Roads fine here so far.

It's looking like this area may get quite a bit of snow on Saturday.

SAT
MAR 24
Snow
36°29°
100%
SSE 6 mph 68%

Snow showers early, with a steadier snow developing late in the day. High 36F. Winds SSE at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of snow 100%. 5 to 8 inches of snow expected.

SAT NIGHT
MAR 24
Snow
--29°
100%
ESE 7 mph 84%

Periods of snow. Low 29F. Winds ESE at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of snow 100%. Snow accumulating 5 to 8 inches.

Not the least bit happy about such a possibility.
