Lol NYC's suburbs look like cities in their own right.

I bet you the Rhodo's didn't expect it.
Goodbye Figs
Just another year we get a hard freeze before leaves fall off. Last time they stayed stuck into the winter.

Took a relaxing ride about 35 minutes away...
There were points when you can see the valley vs the hills.
Brook on the right and a falling leaf
Nice to see large area of Pines! You don't see this closer to the coast anymore
Horse farm
Creamery
Cider Mill
Corn Field
Front yard tractors
I seen Speed Bump, Speed Hump, but never Speed Table
That's all.

Bike ride on Sunday. Missed the train at Grand Central, so killed time by biking in Central Park. Mix of green and bare
then went through Harlem to catch the train. Harlem was nicer looking than I expected
Train pulling in
train station where I got was less developed. Upstate gloom. In upstate's defense, NYC clouded over that day too
small farms
nice river along the bike path
and icicles
hint of snow from a few days earlier
Taconics make a big wall
bare trees line the bike path nicely
short hike to Bish Bash Falls. Trail crossed the state border to Massachusetts
me
view across to the catskills
