North America just had its hottest June on record, according to the EU’s climate monitoring service.

A heatwave amplified by the climate emergency broke all-time high temperature records in the Pacific Northwest and killed at least 107 people in Oregon, say officials. https://t.co/Qdxy7W8c04

Super humid and rain to my south. I need to dry out so i can mow. Can't even be normal rain, always nothing for months and then all at once get 10" and back to nothing for months.

Will feel more like early October rather than early July here today and actually will feel autumn like for the next five days at least

Skilling says that this cool spell will last until the middle of the month. We'll see if any above normal temps return after that The first 7 days of July have been +0.5F above average at Chicago/ORD

Rainfall

3.52" this month already.
5.71" for the summer.
None of that from a Tropical system but that's about to change.

Elsa about to give us another 2-4"
