Potential for a Miller Type A storm developing in Mid-December.


I'd like to see that trough dig down a little more in the east and go more of a negative tilt. Looks too positive here which would mean the storm would exit Mid Atlantic and not come up the coast.

But still 10-14 days away so we'll see.

Tons of rain north of me. They are gonna get over 40" this winter and i won't get 2" total for months. Force field will never go away. A nasty 84f here with nasty dews.

That would be a nice bonus because the overall pattern looks quite unfavourable and the specific pattern at that particular time seems to generate a Great Lakes cutter a couple of days before washing everything out.

High was 45F here 46F at Midway and officially 43F up at ORD today.
