Many of us cannot understand why Publix chose that location in the first place, or why the City Council even approved the venture knowing that area has always had problems with flooding. Maybe they didn't "notice" how high off the road Walgreen's had to build up? Then there are the traffic issues at those intersections, and narrow streets in and out of there.
