I guess traffic is in the eye of the beholder - or the driver of the car - or something like that! I go through that way all the time and would do that every day of the week and twice on Sunday as opposed to traveling down Four Seasons Blvd. I avoid that one whenever possible. But you're right, once Publix is up and running, it's going to require some work on timing of the lights to avoid gridlock.

You have to time Four Seasons Blvd. Lately just avoid it. Sundays around lunch after church services forget it, any day after 2:30 when schools gets out till 8:00 at night.
I avoid going to town just about anytime now. LOL! If I have to leave I have to have a plan.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency has issued a conditional letter of map revision to allow construction of South Market Village to proceed. The site plan needs a final approval from the city of Hendersonville.
We live in the Flat Rock area in the summer and the Orlando area the rest of the year. To truly appreciate Hendersonville traffic, one must spent a few days in Orlando. After that, you'll never complain about the "traffic congestion" in Hendersonville again.

I have not read or heard updates in regards to building construction. I assume the site would have been graded and building construction would be underway.
