It trim a little of the fat off the top, but leave most, lots of salt then cook about 5-8 minutes per side. My friends, which are brazilian, cook the whole cut, then cut away portions from the ends throughout the evening. I guess I am a bit lazy, but both are delicious.
Just googled "pincanha" and that's exactly it! Thank you

I doubt I can replicate it at home on the grill but at least I have a reference the next time I'm in a Brazilian restaurant.

I wonder if anyone here has tastes the real Chinese food. base your judgement on an airport restuarant is purely laughable. In terms of variety and complexity to prepare, there is no cuisine that can beat chinese food. The chinese restuarant in most western countries are crap, except for the genuine ones in Chinatown. and there are more than 1000 different cuisines in Chinese food. Go to a chinese city to experience the real chinese food.

I have Chinese Food in China ( Shanghai), HK, Malaysia, Singapore etc.. both in little neighbourhood places, street vendors and also the top end of the market and I am afraid I have to disagree with you. I didn't hate it but it did not do anything for me at all. I found people in South East Asia and China seem to prefer touch , chewy and sinewy foods ( I like my meat super tender)and the flavours do not appeal to me.

Now I realise China is a huge place and there will be an endless variety of regional foods but from experience Chinese food is simply not me. I do adore Thai, Cambodian, Vietnamese, Laotian foods but not Chinese. It's OK but nothing more for ME.

Southern American cusine (fried catfish and chicken, turnip greens, etc.) should definitely be in the Top Five. It may not be good for your heart, but it is good for your taste buds!

God bless,

CKB

I like almost all of dishes, each of them has its own zest and individuality That. about Russian cuisine it has absorbed in itself apart from the traditional dishes, a lot of dishes with other countries, in particular from France, Korea, party of Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and many countries in Europe and Asia and the former Soviet Union. But I like to cook, no matter what kind of kitchen, Italy, France ..
